Korean Actor Geun-Suk Jang won Excellence Award for Best Newspaper Advertisement in Japan.
Asahi News has been holding ‘News Advertisement Award’ since 1981. This is very first time for a Korean actor to win the award.
Asahi News’ Geun-suk’s full shot advertisement aired on Japanese TV Channels, and after the ad, Geun-suk’s first music album in Japan ranked 1st on Oricon Daily & Weekly Chart.
Jang is currently wrapping up his ‘2012 Jang, Geun-Suk Asia Tour The Cri Show 2” in China and will finish his tour with 3 consecutive concerts in Japan.
