Kim Jung-un
There has been many reports how North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un ordered all male university students in Pyongyang to get his haircut. This report has not been proved to be true yet but if it is indeed true, it would be one of the craziest orders any North Korean leaders have ever made publicly.
According to NY Daily News, North Koreans expressed their unhappiness with the order, however, Huffington Post claimed that the news is nothing but a false rumor created by tabloids. HoffPost backed its claim with the company’s AP source who is currently residing in the capital city of North Korea, and reported though there is a such thing as “fashion policy” set by North Korean government, the AP journalist did not see any evidence that the such order was made.
