DAY OF DISABLED PERSONS: Model-turned-actor Cha Seung-won reads the Charter of the Rights of Disabled Persons during a ceremony to mark the 35th Day of Disabled Persons at the grand ballroom of the 63 Building in Yeouido, Seoul, Monday. During the ceremony, Cha was named as a goodwill ambassador for the disabled, and soprano Han Kyung-mi and a choir consisting of visually impaired children gave performances.
