K-POP giant G-Dragon from five-member-group “Big Bang” co-worked with Korean idol group iKON in making of the group’s new album. Y.G Entertainment, G-Dragon and iKON’s management company, announced the news on Saturday via their official blog.

The news roused great expectation from the fans, since G-dragon, in his ninth year from his debut, had composed songs for himself, Big Bang, and its members Tae-yang and Dae-sung but no one else. This is the first time for G-Dragon to compose a song for anyone outside his group, Big Bang.

In iKON’s new album “Welcome Back”, sits G-Dragon's song “I Miss You So Bad”. The song is fast paced with a funky rhythm. The album is scheduled for release on the eve of Christmas, December 24.

Following the release of their new album, iKon is scheduled for concerts in the end of November at Seoul Olympic Stadium’s Gymnastics Stadium.
