Michael Onorati, a British man, woke up to find a nasty surprise. His right foot turned a deep shade of mahogany, looking dead. Onorati immediately thought he had severe Raynaud's syndrome, which is a spasm of arteries that causes reduced blood flow.
Onorati was freaking out for "a good 30 mins (minutes)" until his wife told him that she used his socks "as a fake tanning mitt". The discoloration was just his wife's fake tanning lotion.
He posted the photo of his discolored foot and story to The LAD Bible's page on Facebook on Monday. His post garnered over 129,000 reactions and was shared over 25,000 times.
On the post, another man named Johnny Thompson shared a photo of his discolored foot and captioned, "Your not alone".

Also, Onorati's wife posted another photo of his dead looking foot and assured viewers, "I found my tanning mitt so won't need to use his socks anymore."
