A state mint started receiving preorders for a limited set of silver and bronze medals showing the kiss scene of South Korea's K-pop star couple Song Joong-ki and Song Hye-kyo who starred in "Descendants of the Sun".
The special set of three silver and bronze medals is on sale through a limited pre-order promotion from Thursday to August 10, according to the Korea Minting and Security Printing Corporation. The medals captured the moment of the couple's kiss in the drama to meet demands from Asian fans.
The Song-Song couple, who became lovers after filming the hit drama which created a sensation through Asian countries last year, disclosed their plan to get married in October.
