SEOUL -- Stylish country houses will be put on sale at a TV home shopping channel for the first time in South Korea.
Co One House, a leading country house construction company, said in an ad posted on its website that it would sell its products through GS Shop, an online shopping company, on Sunday.
During the 65-minute evening show, the company will put 20 different models up for sale. GS Shop will provide consulting services to customers for construction, the purchase of land and the sale of their existing residence.
Many South Koreans live in crowded cities and the most popular type of housing is multi-room family apartments. However, country houses are gaining attention mainly due to an aging population.
