SEOUL -- Super Junior, a K-pop boy band, embarked on a week-long tour Friday of four Central and South American cities. Leslie Grace, a Latin American pop singer, and Play N Skillz, an American DJ duo, will perform as guest artists.
The seven-member group's agency, SM Entertainment, said in a statement that Super Junior will hold concerts titled "Super Show 7" in Buenos Aires, Lima, Santiago and Mexico City. The group has operated its concert brand "Super Show" since 2008, performing in more than 120 concerts in about 20 regions.
"Super Junior has gained popularity in the Central and South American market with 'Lo Siento', a song targeted at Latin American fans," an SM Entertainment official said, adding his agency aims to expand its business in Latin America.
