SEOUL -- Boy band BTS' agency responded to a recent issue involving Korean-American film and music video director Joseph Kahn who made fun of BTS' appearance.
The famous 45-year-old director stirred up a controversy last week when he tweeted a picture of BTS members and said: "They all have plastic surgery. They are all wearing lipstick. This is what Crazy Rich Asians actually look like." After he was heavily criticized by fans, Kahn said in another tweet that he never apologizes for his words.
"One Night of TV Entertainment", an SBS TV entertainment show, broadcast a short interview with an official from Big Hit Entertainment, BTS's agency on Tuesday. "There's nothing to say. BTS is only focusing on its comeback," the official said.
BTS is currently preparing for the release of "LOVE YOURSELF: Answer", the upcoming repackaged album, scheduled on August 24.
