SEOUL -- South Korean actor Park Bo-gum will hold fan meetings in major Asian cities including Seoul, Bangkok and Hong Kong next year. He came back this week in "Encounter", a cable TV drama starring popular actress Song Hye-kyo.
Blossom Entertainment, the 25-year-old's agency, said in a statement Friday that Park will embark on an Asian fan meeting tour, starting on January 26 in Seoul. He will hold fan meeting events in Japan, Bangkok and Hong Kong in February and March.
Additional events will be held in Southeast Asian countries such as Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore after the first leg of his Asia tour. Park, who debuted in a 2011 film "Blind", became popular in Asian countries when he starred in "Reply 1988", a cable TV drama series, as the main cast in 2015.
