SEOUL -- Fans of K-pop boy band BTS will be given a chance to enjoy the group's "Love Yourself" concert in Seoul in special 270-degree cinemas and normal cinemas worldwide next month.

CGV, the multiplex cinema franchise operated by South Korean media giant CJ Group, said in a statement that "BTS WORLD TOUR LOVE YOURSELF IN SEOUL", a concert film based on the group's Seoul concert in August, will hit the silver screens of its franchise theaters globally on January 26.

The BTS concert movie was filmed using 42 cameras to make fans feel as if they are right in the middle of a concert. It was converted for ScreenX, a 270-degree screen theater. CGV has some 3,400 screens at 455 locations in seven countries including South Korea, the United States, China, Indonesia and Vietnam.

BTS made its cinematic debut with "Burn the Stage: the Movie", a concert documentary film which was released globally in November. The film earned $2 million around the world, taking the global box-office crown as the top-grossing concert film.
