SEOUL -- Kakao M, an entertainment contents-making wing of South Korea's web service company Kakao, will hold an audition this month to create a boy band. Only boys born after 1999 can apply.
The audition will be held on January 19 in individual categories and dance teams. Kakao M controls five music labels including Fave Entertainment. On Wednesday, the company absorbed three labels, which manage popular actors and actresses, and an advertising model agency.
