Girl band BLACKPINK to hold concert at home for first time in 10 months

SEOUL -- K-pop girl band BLACKPINK will hold two concerts in Seoul in September for the first time in 10 months since the four-member band held a two-day concert at home November last year.

YG Entertainment, BLACKPINK's agency, said in a statement on Wednesday that the girls will hold concerts titled "2019 PRIVATE STAGE [Chapter 1]" in Seoul's Olympic Gymnastics Arena on September 21. The agency said that BLACKPINK would be able to meet more fans as two concerts will be held at 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on the same day.

The pre-booking exclusive for BLACKPINK fan club members will open on "Auction Ticket", a South Korean online ticket seller on August 20. Tickets will be available for other audience through "paybooc", a mobile card app operated by BC Card, on August 22 and through Auction Ticket on August 23.
