24 South Korean businesses to participate in Shanghai int'l food trade fair

The Korea Agro-Fisheries and Food Trade Corp. said Wednesday that it will participate in an international food trade fair to be held in Shanghai from Nov. 14 to Nov. 16.

The annual Food and Hospitality China (FHC) 2012 frade fair is one of the largest food fairs in China.

About 1,500 businesses from 70 counties will take part in the 16th FHC food fair, the organizers said.

Products made by 24 South Korean businesses will be on display at the Korean booth, a spokesman of the corporation said.

The exhibits will include "makgeolli," or traditional Korean rice wine, beverages, frozen food, seasoned laver and other marine products.
