Gas price is going up high nearing $4 per gallon in U.S.
The highest gas prices were recorded in New York, California, and Connecticut. This is all time high recorded during the wintertime.
The experts blame the result on oil refinery closers and lower oil production by Saudi Arabia, and the tension in Iran and Iraq.
In San Francisco bay area, the general gas price was recorded $4.15 and the lowest found was around $3.95 per gallon.
