R&B singer Bobby Brown (44) could not dodge the bullet this time.
TMZ reported that Brown was sentenced to 55 days in jail after pleading no contest to his DUI charge on Tuesday. He also will be on probation for 4 years, and three A.A. meetings per week before getting locked up and have to fulfill mandatory 18-month alcohol program.
Brown will have to turn himself in to L.A. county jail by March 20.
Bobby Brown is ex-husband of Whitney Houston. This charge will be his third DUI conviction.
