SEOUL -- Curious South Korean fans have cranked up the imagination ability of their brans in full speed, guessing what kind of naughty events would take place next month in an "adults only" fan meeting by a self-claimed K-pop girl group of three Japanese porn stars.

Famous Japanese adult video (AV) actresses -- Yua Mikami, Miko and Sakura -- made their debut as Honey Popcorn, a cute fairy-like concept K-pop girl band, in March this year, causing mixed feelings in a society built on conservative social ideologies. The YouTube music video for "Bibidi Babidi Boo", the group's debut song, garnered more than 428,000 fans in less than 24 hours.

Ticket sales for the first fan meeting on July 7 began on Friday, and Interpark, a South Korean online ticking service, said it would be just for adult fans. The ticket was priced at 77,000 won ($69.35) while it is a norm for K-pop artists to hold free fan meetings and hand out gifts.

Many eagle-eyed people have started online discussions. In similar events in Japan, fans are greeted by hosts dressed up in lingerie or other forms of sexy underwear, sometimes in nude. Naughty events such as a semi-nude photo shoot session and other "adults only" activities are common. Sometimes unwashed underwear which was actually worn by an actress has been auctioned.

"Oh, Oh, Oh, I must buy a ticket to go to this event. It will be great!" wrote 1984, a user from South Korea's major online community Clien. Another user nicknamed Cheongsan said, "Wow. This is a must. I hope they prepare a lot for this event!"

Some people were cynical, saying that such events could damage the image of K-pop stars who have gained popularity in the global music scene. "K-pop gained popularity abroad because people of all ages were entertained. This band, which claims to be a K-pop band, could ruin the K-pop's image," said Jinney, a user from the country's top web search service Naver.
