SEOUL -- This year's Seoul International Cartoon & Animation Festival (SICAF), a cultural festival which began in 1995, is taking place at Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) in central Seoul. The four-day festival started on Thursday and ends on Sunday. Various events such as screening of animation films and forums will take place.
