SEOUL -- Snow, an image messaging app that features virtual stickers using augmented reality and photographic filters, partnered with a Swedish company to unveil new face and body recognition stickers that can change music according to the movement of users.

Snow CEO Kim Chang-wook said Wednesday that the partnership with Moodelizer would provide a new selfie experience that allows users to actively consume music. Users can remix Christmas music with a variety of expressions and gestures using stickers.

"I am very pleased to be working with Moodelizer, a next-generation music platform. I hope users will love their face and body recognition stickers using Christmas theme music," Kim said.

Snow, which functions as a clone of Snapchat, allows users to take pictures or videos of a maximum duration of 10 seconds and choose from stickers and filters. They can also send them as messages that destroy themselves in 48 hours. Moodelizer, which provides instant music to mobile videos, films or VR games, is emerging as a new teen sensation among music and video creation apps.
