SEOUL -- J-Hope sings his heart in a video for BTS' second comeback trailer, showing a relaxed yet energetic performance in scenes such as dancing, looking at himself in the mirror or driving his car to arrive in a colorful city.

The new trailer. "Outro : Ego," was part of the group's promotion for "MAP OF THE SOUL : 7," a new album scheduled for release on February 21. The video depicting an autobiographical story of J-Hope was watched 8,257,659 times in less than 10 hours after it was released on YouTube at midnight Sunday.

"Now I don’t care. It’s all my fate’s choice," J-Hope said in his song. It was a pop genre based on African rhythms with a bright and cheerful atmosphere. In the video filled with old school hip-hop beats, the 25-year-old rapper and dancer unleashes a barrage of rap verses about how he felt about living a life of a trainee for seven years before becoming a BTS member and things he feels now.

It can be interpreted as a story of BTS longing for a true self while embracing both Persona and the deep, dark shadow behind it. To capture the hearts of fans worldwide, BTS is unleashing a series of events including the release of trailers as well as collaborating with global artists around the world.
