Min is currently in charge of nurturing rookie artists and producing music at ADOR. At SM Entertainment, she branded outstanding costumes, styling, and album covers while directing Girls' Generation members to wear jeans and white T-shirts in the music video of Gee, a hit song released in 2009. After becoming the head of ADOR, Min was recognized for her concept planning capabilities for NewJeans, one of the most popular K-pop girl bands in 2022. The band's debut song Attention entered Billboard's global chart just nine days after its release.
"The latest win came in January when HYBE imprint ADOR put K-pop girl group NewJeans' single "Ditto" onto the Hot 100, while reaching No. 8 on the Billboard Global 200," Billboard said in a statement after announcing the list of the 2023 women in music.
According to data released by ADOR, more than one million copies of NewJeans' debut album titled "New Jeans" and its single album called "OMG" have been sold. As of February 13, the five-member band's dance songs -- OMG and Ditto -- are consumed the most in the United States on Spotify, the world's most popular music streaming service.
